We do not tolerate content that promotes hate speech, discrimination, or harassment based on any protected characteristics, including:

• Religion or Belief
• Gender or Gender Identity
• Sexual Orientation
• Age
• Disability
• Any other characteristic protected by applicable law

c. Violence and Harm

Content that encourages, glorifies, or promotes violence, self-harm, or harm to others is strictly prohibited. This includes:

• Incitement to Violence: Encouraging violent actions against individuals or groups.
• Self-Harm: Content that endorses or depicts self-injury or suicide.
• Terrorism: Promotion of terrorist activities or extremist ideologies.

d. Child Exploitation

We have a zero-tolerance policy for any content that exploits or endangers minors, including:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any depiction of minors in sexual activities.
• Endangerment: Content that encourages the abuse or mistreatment of minors.
• Grooming: Attempts to befriend or establish an emotional connection with a minor for exploitative purposes.

e. Content Resembling Minors

It is strictly prohibited to generate AI content that resembles minors in any form. We are committed to ensuring that all AI-generated content on our Platform does not exploit or depict minors. Any attempt to create such content will result in immediate action as outlined in our Content Moderation procedures (see Section 3).

f. Privacy and Intellectual Property Infringement

Content that infringes upon the privacy or intellectual property rights of others is not permitted. This includes:

• Personal Information: Sharing personal details of individuals without their explicit consent.
• Copyright Violations: Unauthorized use or distribution of copyrighted material, trademarks, or proprietary content.
• Pirated Content: Distribution of illegal or unlicensed media.

g. Impersonation and Misrepresentation

Deceptive or harmful impersonation of individuals, public figures, or entities is prohibited. This includes:

• Identity Theft: Misleading representations or claims about your identity.
• Unauthorized Depictions: Creating AI Companions that impersonate real individuals without authorization.

2. User Responsibility

As a user of Nemora.ai, you are solely responsible for the content generated through your interactions with AI Companions. The AI Companions respond based on the conversations you initiate and the parameters you select. You acknowledge that:

• No Control Over Generated Content: DPE Solutions, LLC does not control or endorse the content generated by AI Companions.
• Personal Accountability: You are fully responsible for any content generated during your use of the Platform.
• Compliance Obligations: Your interactions must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and our Terms of Service and Policies, including this Blocked Content Policy.
• Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any illegal, unethical, or harmful activities through the Platform.

3. Content Moderation

While conversations between users and AI Companions are generally private, we have implemented content moderation measures to ensure compliance with our policies. Our proprietary AI technology actively monitors interactions to detect prohibited content. If such content is detected:

• Review Process: We reserve the right to review the flagged content to determine if it violates our policies.
• Action Taken: Appropriate action may be taken, including warnings, content removal, or account suspension or termination.
• Privacy Balance: We strive to balance user privacy with our responsibility to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all users.

• Account Suspension or Termination: Temporary or permanent loss of access to the Platform.
