Blocked Content Policy

1. Prohibited Content

This policy applies to all use of the Platform, including text, images, videos, audio, prompts, requests, generated outputs, metadata, account behavior, and any other material or activity connected to the Services, whether public or private.

a. Illegal Content

Content or conduct that violates applicable law, facilitates unlawful activity, or is used for illegal purposes is strictly prohibited. This includes, without limitation:

d. Child Exploitation

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any content or conduct that exploits, sexualizes, grooms, harms, or endangers minors. This includes:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any real, fictional, synthetic, or AI-generated material that depicts or appears to depict minors in sexual or exploitative contexts.
• Endangerment: Content that promotes, depicts, or facilitates the abuse, exploitation, mistreatment, or endangerment of minors.
• Grooming: Attempts to befriend, manipulate, or build trust with a minor for sexual, exploitative, or otherwise harmful purposes.

e. Content Resembling Minors

Any content that depicts, resembles, suggests, or is intended to represent a minor is strictly prohibited, whether sexual, non-sexual, realistic, stylized, fictional, animated, or AI-generated. This includes content involving youthful appearance, childlike features, school-age presentation, or other attributes commonly associated with minors. Attempts to request, generate, modify, distribute, or otherwise create such content are prohibited and may result in immediate enforcement action.

f. Privacy and Intellectual Property Infringement

Content that infringes upon the privacy or intellectual property rights of others is not permitted. This includes:

• Personal Information: Sharing personal details of individuals without their explicit consent.
• Copyright Violations: Unauthorized use or distribution of copyrighted material, trademarks, or proprietary content.
• Pirated Content: Distribution of illegal or unlicensed media.

g. Impersonation and Misrepresentation

Deceptive or harmful impersonation of individuals, public figures, or entities is prohibited. This includes:

• Identity Theft: Misleading representations or claims about your identity.
• Unauthorized Depictions: Creating AI Companions that impersonate real individuals without authorization.

2. User Responsibility

As a user of Nemora.ai, you are solely responsible for the content generated through your interactions with AI Companions. The AI Companions respond based on the conversations you initiate and the parameters you select. You acknowledge that:

• No Control Over Generated Content: G.A CONTEXT AI SOLUTIONS LTD does not control or endorse the content generated by AI Companions.
• Personal Accountability: You are fully responsible for any content generated during your use of the Platform.
• Compliance Obligations: Your interactions must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and our Terms of Service and Policies, including this Blocked Content Policy.
• Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any illegal, unethical, or harmful activities through the Platform.

3. Content Moderation

We use automated systems, moderation tools, and, where appropriate, human review to help detect and enforce violations of this policy. Although interactions with AI Companions are generally not public, content or behavior flagged by our systems or reported to us may be reviewed for compliance purposes.

• Review Process: We may investigate flagged or reported content, account activity, prompts, or behavior to assess compliance with this policy.
• Enforcement: We may issue warnings, remove content, restrict features, suspend access, terminate Accounts, or take other appropriate action.
• Safety and Compliance: We may act proactively where necessary to protect users, comply with legal obligations, and preserve the integrity of the Platform.

4. Content Removal and Account Actions

Violations of this Blocked Content Policy may result in:

• Content Removal: Deletion of prohibited content from the Platform.
• Warnings: Issuance of formal warnings to the user.
• Account Suspension or Termination: Temporary or permanent loss of access to the Platform.
• Legal Reporting: Notification to law enforcement authorities if required by law.
